APR 18, 2005 (newstodate): The issue of who actually won the tender for Bulgaria's two Black Sea airports Varna and Bourgas may still not be fully settled.
Copenhagen Airports emerged as the preferred bidder on the 35 years concession to run the airports, but another contender, Fraport and its Bulgarian partner BM Star EOOD, has now lodged a complaint over suspected irregularities in the process to the Bulgarian Supreme Administrative Court.
The court is asked to probe into the case, sources say.
