APR 07, 2005 (newstodate): According to Bulgarian press reports, Copenhagen Airports will today be declared the winner of concessions for operating Varna and Bourgas Airports.
As part of the deal, Copenhagen Airports will pay an initial concession fee of three million euro while pocketing the ground service charges and the revenues from any commercial activity during the next 35 years.
The succesful concessionaire must also invest at least 110 million euro, primarily during the first five years of the concession period.
