APR 11, 2005 (newstodate): High-level talks are focussing on re-opening air traffic between Belgrade Airport, Serbia, and Pula Airport, Croatia.
The parties have paid visits to eachother's airports, and agree to seek the introduction of direct flights two or three times per week.
Before the recent Balkan wars, the route was operated on a daily basis.
A delegation from Pula Airport Management will now visit Belgrade Airport in order to round-off the negotiations, and traffic is then expected to be initiated in "the near future".
