MAR 01, 2005 (newstodate): Sweden's capital airport, Stockholm Arlanda, is seeing its cargo volumes in a sustained fall during January.
The airport noted a total of 5,144 tonnes of cargo, down 21.7 percent on last year.
European cargo, constituting 58.3 percent of total volumes in January, fell by 39.3 percent, while "rest of world", constituting 36.8 percent of total volumes, aggregated a total of 1,892 tonnes, up 36.8 percent.
Thus international cargo, constituting 95 percent of the total volumes, was down 22.2 percent during January.
