MAR 30, 23005 (newstodate): Taking effect from April 1, AirBridge Cargo has named WingCargo its cargo GSA in the Danish market.
-We are happy to take on this responsibility and look forward to broadening the customer base among Danish freight forwarders, says Gitte Kjarulff, WingCargo operations manager.
-Besides providing Boeing 747 freighter capacity from Luxembourg and Frankfurt to Beijing and Shanghai, AirBridge Cargo is also unique in providing access to important industrial centers in Russia, including Siberia, and one of the few cargo carriers to serve Moscow through both Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports, she says.
With this latest announcement, AirBridge Cargo has setttled in both the Danish and the Norwegian market that is already covered by Air Cargo Services.
AirBridge Cargo is thus still not settled in the large Swedish market, but a solution here is currently being negotiated and expected to fall in place soon, sources say.
