As part of the customer benefits the company hopes to achieve in 2005 is an increase in the flown-as-booked ratio to 98 percent, a decrease in the booking cycle time by 30 percent, a shortening of long-term contracting by 30-50 percent, and an accelaration by 50 percent of the dangerous goods-acceptance in North America.
