FEB 14, 2005 (newstodate): Georgian National Airlines, formerly Airzena, is readying to receive a ex-Air Polonia Boeing 737.
The aircraft, currently in the paint shop, will replace another Boeing 737 that is due to be returned to its owner, Hapag Lloyd.
Georgian National Airlines also operates one A320 and one A319, planning to order two more Airbus aircraft according to local sources.
In December, the airline signed a contract with IFLC to lease two Boeing 737 aircraft to be delievered later that month.
Under the contract the airline will lease the two aircraft for a period of five years.
