Dec 5, 2005 (newstodate): Following on the recent board decision, Baltic Cargo Center plans to almost double its existing warehouse facilities.
-BCC plans to extend the warehouse at Riga Airport by another 700 sq m, bringing the total area to 1,600 sq m, and boost capacity to 10-11,000 tonnes of cargo a year, says Olegs Korshe, BCC general manager.
Architectural and engineering planning has already started and will be completed in two months. After that BCC will be ready to commence construction works at any time in response to market and customers needs.
