Nov 2, 2005 (newstodate): In September KLM Cargo topped the list of Top 10 IATA Airlines in the Danish market.
The carrier lifted a total of 1,190 tonnes of cargo, corresponding to a market share of 20.5 percent in volumes.
This was an increase by 35.9 percent over last year.
Air France Cargo was 5th on the list, with a total of 501 tonnes, up 129.7 percent due to an extraordinary uplift of relief cargo destined for Niamey, Niger, hat thus became the IATA top destination in September with 321 tonnes of cargo out of Denmark.
Combined the two companies that are now under joint ownership held almost one-third of the Danish IATA airfreight export market in September.
