Nov 7, 2005 (newstodate): Turkish Airlines may be facing a tough future as the low cost concept spreads in both Turkish domestic and international air transport.
On November 1, the Turkish lcc Pegasus Airlines started scheduled domestic flights, it will soon be joined by other low cost operators.
Among these, Atlasjet, Onur Air and Fly Air are are soon to join, and also on the tarmac preparing for launch are Tarhan Tower Airlines and Golden Air that wil reportedly also aim at international budget air routes.
