Nov 17, 2005 (newstodate): The proportion of British Airways World Cargo's e-bookings through GF-X is growing continuously, says British Airways World Cargo.
Comparing October 2005 with October 2004, the overall increase is 11 percent, from 20 to 31 percent.
GF-X bookings in UK and Ireland increased from 47 to 58 percent, and in the Asia/Pacific and Middle East from 26 to 36 percent.
In the Americas, GF-X bookings increased significantly from 13 to 25 percent, while e-bookings with BAWC were up from 11 to 18 percent in Europe.
In September, the percentage of e-bookings through GF-X was 33 percent of all electronically bookable transactions.
