OCT 07, 2005 (newstodate): Russian carrier Krasair, leading member of the AiRUnion alliance, has ordered a total of eight Boeing 737-300 aircraft.
The aircraft will be delivered on an operational leasing contract, the details of which have not been disclosed.
The used Boeing aircraft will replace ageing Russian aircraft including TU-134.
Four of the aircraft will be delivered this year already, with the remaining to follow in 2006.
