Oct 14, 2005 (newstodate): Bulgarian charter operator Air Via is planning a full replacement of its current fleet of Russian-built aircraft before next summer's peak season.
Currently operating a fleet of five TU-154M aircraft, the carrier is in talks with a leasing company for acquisition of three Airbus A320 aircraft on a lease arrangement.
The Sofia-based airline set up in 1992 will put the Tupolev aircraft up for sale in November, a company spokesman says.
