JAN 06, 2005 (newstodate): This winter season has brought three new operators to St Peterburg's Pulkovo Airport.
On November 5, 2004, Alitalia launched thrice-weekly flights from Milan to Saint Petersburg, operated with Airbus 320 aircraft.
On December 15, airBaltic started flights, code-shared with Pulkovo Airlines, four times weekly from Riga to Pulkovo Airport with Fokker 50 aircraft.
And from December 29, Bulgaria Air launched scheduled flights between Saint Petersburg and Sofia, normally offered during summer seasons only.
