SEP 24, 2004 (newstodate): In August, Estonian Tallinn Airport regained a cautious growth momentum in cargo volumes.
After a negative trend during March-June, July ended with a 12 percent increase over last year, and the trend continued in August, with a 15.8 percent increase in cargo volumes, totalling 388 tonnes, including 64 tonnes of mail shipments.
During the period January-August the airport generated 3,391 tonnes of cargo and mail, up a modest 7.4 percent on last year.
