SEP 28, 2004 (newstodate): Georgia and EU have negotiated an agreement on "open skies" facilitating EU flights to and from Georgia.
Under the agreement, EU-based airline can operate routes to Georgia from any EU-airport.
Existing bi-lateral agreements will remain while their discriminating elements have been erased by this new treaty.
