SEP 01, 2004 (newstodate): Air France Cargo, KLM Cargo have announced further steps towards aligning their freighter systems from the coming winter program.
Within the new framework, AF Cargo's currently three current weekly cargo flights to Bangkok will be increased to four, Atlanta will be served by two cargo flights per week instead of one currently, cargo Flights to Sao Paulo will increase from two to three weekly, while AF Cargo's current twice-weekly cargo flights to Singapore will be discontinued.
On its side of the system, KLM Cargo will add one frequency between Amsterdam and Singapore.
With this addition, KLM Cargo will operate 14 freighter services per week between Amsterdam and the main air cargo gateways in Asia: Hong Kong, Osaka, Shanghai, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
