AUG 04, 2004 (newstodaste): Singapore Airlines has prolonged its cooperation with Lufthansa System, signing a follow-up contract for the MIDT solution.
The system allows Singapore Airlines with a detailed insight into its own data as well as that of its competitors. MIDT Advance includes tools to enable comparison analysis within seconds and the graphic processing of booking data.
Singapore Airlines will also introduce new analysis groups of NetAdvance, the sales and networking solution. These allow airlines to determine which carriers collaborate in selling and operating flights or how prebooking trends have changed in any given period of time.
The introduction of extended functionalities is scheduled for December 2004.
