AUG 31, 2004 (newstodate): easyJet has announced plans for further routes to serve Baltic destinations.
The latest new routes operate between Tallinn and Berlin Schnefeld from October 27, and London Stansted from November 1.
Starting November 18, EasyJet will also introduce flights between Riga and Berlin Schnefeld.
In July EasyJet published plans for new routes London-Warsaw twice daily, London Krakow once daily, Krakow-Dortmund once daily, Newcastle-Budapest once daily, Budapest-Bristol, also once daily, and an increase from one to two daily flights Budapest-London.
The latest expansion of easyJet's E European network is partly facilitated by the airline's pull-out from Copenhagen Airport due to high passenger taxes, and cuts at Milan where the airline could not obtain the slots requested.
