JUL 26, 2004 (newstodate): Debis AirFinance, a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler, reports brisk recovery of business during the first half of this year.
In all, the aircraft leasing company delivered 14 aircraft on lease to nine airline operators during the period.
In addition, Debis also expanded its portfolio with three Airbus A320 and one new A321 aircraft, while it sold off two Boeing 727-200 and two Fokker F50 aircraft.
Among the deals concluded during H1, Debis placed to Boeing 737-500 aircraft with Slovakian budget airline SkyEurope Airlines, and three Airbus A320-200 with Wizz Air with three more to follow.
Debis also remarketed one Boeing 737-300 to Norwegian Air Shuttle, and one Boeing 737-400 to Transaero Airlines.
