JUN 09. 2004 (newstodate): The Civil Aviation Authority of China has agreed to the launch of Shanghai-based Spring and Autumn Airlines and the Tianjin-based Aokai Airlines.
The two new airlines will be set up as private enterprises, and will offer both passenger and cargo flights when they take to the air in expectedly two years' time.
