MAY 28, 2004 (newstodate) South African Airways has announced plans to join GF-X, the airfreight reservations system.
SAA Cargo expects to start receiving electronic bookings through the GF-X Exchange after the summer, initially out of South Africa and ultimately SAA Cargo's entire network will become available on the GF-X Exchange.
SAA Cargo is the 10th carrier to join during the last year and brings the total number of GF-X carrier member organisations to 20, representing over 26 different individual carriers.
