MAY 11, 2004 (newstodate): Aer Lingus has signed a contract with WECO-AirCargo to provide cargo GSA services in Scandinavia.
After a lengthy off-line period, Aer Lingus will resume traffic to Copenhagen five times weekly from May 31, with a route to Stockholm to be added at a later stage.
Initially, the airline will operate the route with Boeing 737 aircraft, but it will soon be supplanted with Airbus A320 aircraft as the airline phases out its Boeing 737 fleet.
