APR 27, 2004 (newstodate): In 2004, Russian airline Transaero will lease a total of five new aircraft.
By the end of this year, the airline will receive its firstTU-204 aircraft, and this the year Transaero will also take possession of a total of two Boeing-767 and two Boeing-737 aircraft.
Under the current strategy, the airline will increase tis aircraft fleet from 11 to 19 aircraft in order to cope with the commercial plans for major expansions in the years ahead, including both domestic and international routes.
