A number of key financial figures dropped during the year, including revenues, down eight percent, sales in RTK down one percent, and cargo load factor down by one percentage point.
The company still managed to accrue 2.16 billion euro in 2003, and pre-tax profits at 15.8 billion euro.
Lufthansa Cargo lifted a total of 1.6 million tonnes and freight-tonne kilometres were up by one percent to 7,247 million, which still secures the position as market leader ahead of Singapore Airlines Cargo that was its FTK down by one percent in 2003.
