APR 26, 2004 (newstodate): From MAy 24, the SAS-owned Finnish airline Blue 1, formerly Air Botnia, will start flying between Helsinki and Amsterdam.
The route, operated six times weekly, will be operated with the airline's Avro RJ85.
Acting for SAS ion the Finnish market, Blue 1 has embarked on a strategy of expansion, adding Hamburg and Berlin earlier this year, while routes from Helsinki to Brusels, Dusseldorf and Geneva has been on the route network since last year.
