MAR 10, 2004 (newstodate): On February 27, JAT and Austrian Airlines signed an agreement on code-sharing and expanded cooperation.
As an immediate effect of the agreement, the two airlines will code-share three daily flights on the route between Vienna and Belgrade.
Under the agreement, Vienna's role as a regional hub will be further strengthened as JAT's passengers will now increasingly be routed through the airport to and from Austrian's international network comprising some 200 destinations.
