MAR 19, 2004 (newstodate): On March 18, JAL signed up to take in its third Boeing 737-400 aircraft under a long-term lease arrangement.
The aircraft will be taken over by JAL's technical department for reconfiguration and enter service in the Europe-Mediterranean markets after April 10.
JAT expects the new aircraft to increase the company's earnings by around one million US dollars during 2004 alone.
