MAR 29, 2004 (newstodate): From this year's summmer program air Baltic plans to gradually phase out its Fokker F50 services, replacing then in sted with Avro RJ70.
Thus flights to Berlin, Hamburg, Oslo, Moscow and Kiev will be operated with the AVRO RJ70. Similar changes shall take place in the flights to Stockholm.
At the beginning of the season morning flights to Stockholm, and later all other flights, will be operated with AVRO RJ 70.
Three new flights will be introduced this summer. On March 28 airBaltic will commence direct flights to London six times weekly. The first flight to Dublin will be on Saturday, April 3. airBaltic will also commence direct flights to Milan from May 1 three times a week.
