MAR 24, 2004 (newstodate): Taking effect from May 1, Slovenia's Adria Airways and Polish LOT have signed a code-share deal to offer a daily connection between Ljubljana and Warsaw via Vienna.
The agreement is considered to be a first step towards the opening of direct scheduled services between the two cities if warranted by the market.
The cooperation agreement offers Slovenian passengers access to the LOT network, and allows Polish passengers to take advantage of Adria's network, especially when travelling to South East Europe.
