FEB 11, 2004 (newstodate): Finnair is planning a major expansion of its services between Helsinki and China.
Taking effect from the coming summer program, Finnair will add a sixth MD-11 aircraft to its fleet, enabling the airline to enhance services to China.
Thus from the beginning of April, Finnair will fly daily into Beijing flights, and by the start of June, Shanghai will see five weekly Finnair flights. Hong Kong has three weekly flights, so Finnair will offer a total of 15 weekly operations to China.
