FEB 18, 2004 (newstodate): Warsaw may become the first ELWIS ORACLE9i Database customer after yet another upgrade of the system, provided by Lufthansa Systems.
The upgrade is driven by the need to communicate with the new Polish Customs interface, CELINA, which changes information by using XML-based messages.
