FEB 02, 2004 (newstodate): Taking effect from this year, Domodedovo International Airport's Aircraft Maintenance Base has been ocntracted by the airport of Volgorad to provide flight information analysis and decoding.
The contract comprises analysis of "black boxes" on Russian aircraft types including Yak-40, Yak-42, Tu-134, Tu-154 and An-24 and An-26.
Domodedovo aircraft maintenance base was set up in 1963 as part of Domodedovo civil aviation production association.
Since January 1998 AMB Domodedovo, with 1,600 engineers and technicians, has been a private company within the EAST LINE Group.
