NOV 03, 2004 (newstodate): German budget airline Germanswings is mulling plans for a new route to St Petersburg, Russia.
The airline currently operates routes to a number of destinations in E Europe including flights from Cologne to Budapest, Prague, Warsaw and Zagreb, and from Stuttgart to Budapest, Krakow, Warsaw and Zagreb.
To cope with increasing demands in the market, the airline will expand its fleet from currently 16 to 20 aircraft during 2005.
