OCT 01, 2004 (newstodate): Despite rumours in the market, KLM maintains that there is decision on adding flights from Amsterdam to Tallinn, Estonia.
Other non-company sources have claimed that KLM intends to start operations from next spring.
-KLM already operates a twice-daily direct operation from Amsterdam to Riga, Latvia, and a daily operation into Vilnius in cooperation with CSA via Prague, says a KLM spokesman.
According to the spokesman, the three Baltic markets are important to KLM, and have gained strong stimulus after the EU Enlargement in May.
-Rounding up our Baltic services with flights into Tallinn is of course an option, but just one of several for the further build-up of out network, he says.
