OCT 14, 2004 (newstodate): As of this week Icelandair Cargo will be offering more freighter capacity between Reykjavik, UK and Belgium.
Flights to Liege will increase from six per week to eleven. The new flights will be operated via Humberside three times a week and East Midlands once a week. They complement the present B757-200F schedule with six weekly flights to Liege and five to New York, JFK.
The new flights will all leave Keflavik airport in the early evening and return the following morning.
They will be operated with a TU-204 subleased from the Lithuanian company Aviapaslauga until Icelandair Cargo takes delayed delivery of a B757-200 converted freighter early next year
