OCT 28, 2004 (newstodate): Czech airline CSA has announced a major expansion of activities in its new winter program, taking effect from October 31.
During the coming winter, CSA will fly directly to 75 destinations in 44 countries, representing a growth of 14 destinations in comparison with last winter's program.
With new services to Glasgow and London Gatwick, CSA will offer direct connections between Prague and seven airports on the British Isles, and CSA will be the only Czech carrier to offer flights to all three major London airports.
In addition to the new flights to the UK and a significant increase in the number of flights to Germany, CSA will also add flights to a/o Sliac and Kosice in Slovakia, and to Warsaw, Poland.
On the more exotic side, CSA will also start weekly A310 operations from Prague to the Maldives.
