OCT 14, 2004 (newstodate): Norwegian provider of cargo GSA services, ScanPartners sees significant business with airline principal, Croatia Airlines.
-Our traffic with the airline is not least driven by shipments from the Norwegian Ministry of Defence to the country's contingent with the NATO peace-keeping forces in the region, says Oystein Bentsen Bentsen, ScanPartners Norway managing director.
-Shipments, trucked into Frankfurt to connect with the airline's flights, comprise also ships spares to harbours at the Adriatic Sea, pharmaceuticals and other perishables and temperature-controlled goods, he says.
Until July 1, 2004, the GSA was part of the Airconsult Group but then set up as an independent company part-owned by the Dutch ACT under the name of ScanPartners.
