SEP 23, 2003 (newstodate): According to Bulgarian reports, Siberian Airlines have applied for traffic rights to start operating Sofia-Odessa and Sofia-Moscow flights.
Implementation of the planned routes will require government approvals, still pending.
The route between Sofia and Moscow is currently served by Bulgaria Air and Aeroflot.
