AUG 15, 2003 (newstodate): Estonian Air's thrice-weekly route between Tallinn and Kiev is attracting so much traffic that the airline has decided to add capacity.
From August 15 until the end of the summer schedule on October 24, Estonian Air will thus operate the flights on Fridays with
Boeing 737-500 aircraft.
So far the route has been operated with 48-seats Fokker 50 aircraft.
Also Estonian Air cargo sales department is satisfied with the change of aircraft type to the larger one once a week, since also the mail and cargo volumes on the Tallinn-Kiev route have increased.
