JUL 28, 2003 (newstodate): From August 20, Polar Air cargo plans to add a new scheduled freighter route Seoul, South Korea, to Liege, Belgium.
The thrice-weekly Boeing 747-400F service will be operated from Liege for Seoul on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, continuing on to Taipei, Taiwan. The return trip will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from Seoul to
Liege. Both flights originate and end in the United States.
With this new service customers in Asia gain access to Europe and, through Polar's trans-Pacific network, the United States. Customers in Europe can reach Asia as well as the United States through Polar's trans-Atlantic service.
