JUN 03, 2003 (newstodate): Pulkovo Aviation Entreprise is strengthening the role of St Petersburg as its transfer hub for flights between Russia's northwestern regions, and destinations in the south of the country.
Using St Petersburg as the transfer "turntable", flights are operated from Arkhangelsk to Sochi and Anapa, from Kaliningrad to Samara, Krasnodar, Anapa, and from Murmansk to Volgograd, Samara, Rostov-na-Donu, Mineralniye Vody, Anapa, Sochi, and Simpheropol.
During the summer, Pulkovo will provide flights from Sochi via St. Petersburg to Norilsk for the Kola Peninsula market. This comprises the introduction of additional scheduled flights.
Pulkovo also plans to operate flights from Moscow to Anapa and Sochi from this summer.
