JUN 27, 2003 (newstodate): Since June 10, all of the more than eight million aircraft that take off and land at European airports or overfly European territory can obtain valid and updated flight information for all of Europe from one single access point.

The operational centres of GroupEAD Europe S.L. are located in Frankfurt and Madrid.
The forty-one ECAC States can obtain flight information from the EAD free of charge, and other countries have also expressed their interest in using this service, which comprises info on weather, airport conditions and other operational issues.
