JUN 18, 2003 (newstodate): Aerosvit, that calls twice weekly at Stockholm Arlanda as its only Scandinavian destination, may extend the route later this year already.
-We have applied for, but not yet obtained the traffic rights to operate at Copenhagen Airport. Once this has been secured it would make sense to extend our current route from Kiev to Stockholm on to Copenhagen, says Vladislav Ilinykh, Aerosvit general representative for Sweden.
Mr Ilinykh says that Aerosvit currently does not work with a cargo GSA in Sweden, but "it would probably be a good idea" to seek a cooperation with a cargo GSA to cover both the Swedish and Danish markets.
Until early this year, Aerosvit worked with ScanPartners as cargo GSA in the Swedish market.
