APR 04, 2003 (newstodate): On Thursday April 3, Vienna-headquartered logistics company Cargo Partner opened an own office at the Adriatic sea port of Koper, in Slovenia.
-Slovenia will become a member of the EU in little more than one year, so we are already taking steps to enlarge our involvement further, says Rainer Mittl, Cargo Partner PR coordinator.
Mittl says Slovenia is a growing market at the geografic centre of the EU, comprising a population of 2 million people, and an economic growth of 4,5 % per year.
The new sea cargo office offering pick up and door deliveries within Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegowina, will work closely with the company's airfreight division already set up at Ljubljana Airport.
