MAR 23, 2003 (newstodate): The Polish Treasury Ministry has recalled the three remaining members of the board of LOT, following on LOT president, Jan Litwi�ski's resignation in mid-March.
According to POlish press reports is has been revealed that LOT's management board members received 678,000 for consultancy services from SAirGroup, owner of Swissair, in violation of their employment contracts.
Following the Swiss carriers bankruptcy in late 2001, the 25.1% stake it held in LOT fell under the control of an official receiver.
