MAR 17, 2003 (newstodate): In 2003, ACE, Air Cargo Estonia hopes to stay on a par with 2002 which saw a five percent increase in turnover, 50 percent increase in trucking volumes, and unchanged volumes of air cargo, the company's managing director says.
-We are seeing a slow market with little increase in volumes, either exports or imports, says Andres Matkur. As Lufthansa, SAS and Finnair all truck air cargo in and out of Estonia, little is taken on aircraft which in most cases are small with little capacity as well.
Matkus says ACE with 20 employees has about 30 percent of the Estonian air cargo volumes.
