MAR 27, 2003 (newstodate): In its recently published annual report, 2002, Danish forwarding group, DSV Group sees the need to seek considerable growth in its air & sea division.
The division performed below budget in 2002 but DSV still considers the result as comparable to current market standards.
Within three-six years, however, DSV sees the need to obtain growth by acquisitions or merger with a partner to generate an optimal network in Europe, America, and the Far East, the companys says.
In 2002, the US and the UK markets were the only ones to produce results above budgets.
