MAR 21, 2003 (newstodate): The first of Air Atlanta Icelandic's four new Boeing 747 freighters will be operated by Malaysian Airlines, which already has two Air Atlanta freighters on ACMI contracts, says the company.
-One aircraft will be positioned at the Hahn base while another will be positioned at Paris, avaiable for sales through brokers, says Erling Aspelund, Manager Corporate Communications.
-The fourth aircraft is still on ad hoc basis but probably not for long as the demand is heavy, Aspelund says.
