FEB 27, 2003 (newstodate): The Croatian government has decided to allow overflight, landing rights and fuelling at Croatian airports of civilian aircraft operated by the US and other governments transporting troops and equipment in case of a war against Iraq.
The government ackowledges that civilian aircraft rented by a foreign government will be treated as "state aircraft" provided they transmit their flight-plans in advance.
